What is #GivingTuesday?
#GivingTuesday was launched in 2012 by New York’s 92nd Street Y as a global day dedicated to giving back. They created an annual tradition on the Tuesday after Thanksgiving where charities, families, businesses, community centers, and individuals around the world come together to celebrate generosity and to give. Tufts has been participating in its own #TuftsGivingTuesday initiative since 2013.
